Since AUO Crystal was established, in response to the changes in the industrial environment and to cooperate with the organizational strategies, the board of education has actively operated to create a “Sharing and learning organization” that combines core functions, professional functions and management functions, building a complete system for talent training and development.

Education and training committee

Responsible for promoting departmental training development and implementation. In addition, recognition of “outstanding branches” is used to improve the quality and quantity of training, and lead to the continual improvement of all branches.

GAP table functional learning map

As a personnel capability development trajectory, gaps are discovered to learn and strengthen them in order to achieve functional standards.

Internal lecturer training

Training and praising internal lecturers not only acknowledge the efforts and contributions of internal lecturers but also improves the teaching quality; it also urges lecturers to diversify their scope of teaching and not limit it to a single profession, which will indirectly promote cross-field learning among departments.

eHRD training system

Introduced training system to promote e-Learning production and shorten the learning distance and time restrictions, expand and accelerate the various training feedback, and provide diversified application possibilities while retaining complete learning trajectories.

 

 

Talent development quality management system (TTQS)

 

To enrich the knowledge and skills of employees and effectively use and develop human resources, this company specially formulated a “Education and training procedures” and established an education and training committee. The organizational composition of the education and training committee includes the senior and mid-level supervisors of each department and general employees, which act as members, director general and executive director, and the PDDRO process related to the training within the branch and the mutual communications between one another are maintained according to their rights and responsibilities and implemented to ensure the quality of the training. Since our participation in the TTQS assessment in 2015, based on the recommendations of the judges and taking into account that the effectiveness of peers holding training has gradually improved, our talent development quality has been kept at a TTQS assessment silver medal standard since 2017.

 

 

 

 

National talent development awards

 

AUO Crystal won the Large enterprise award of the National Talent Development Awards in 2018; this award is the highest honor for human resources in Taiwan, and it emphasizes on innovation, performance and diffused talent development. The key why our company stood out is because cultivating “talents” is an important foundation for the sustainable development of this company, and the corporate culture is the main axis throughout the company. In addition to continually promoting D-to-I cadres into backbones and internal lecturers to allow the management of TWI and junior supervisors to be passed on, after the education committee has worked hard on promoting the development of departmental training, various result presentation activities such as the GOT global team gold award will be used to implement the goal of colleagues and the organization growing together!
