Employee communication channels

 

In order for us to hear the voices of colleagues, diverse communication mailboxes and hotlines are set. When colleagues have any opinions, they can respond through the “I have something to say mailbox”, “General manager’s mailbox”, “Sexual harassment complaint mailbox”, and the “7885 (please help me) hotline”, etc. In addition, monthly meetings, quarterly meetings and labor-management meetings are held regularly to ensure that the communication channels are smooth.

 

In terms of psychological counseling, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are continually promoted to provide colleagues with safe and confidential consultation and stress relief channels.
